Ensuring a superb lifestyle experience, each of the 32, 1-hectare, full title stands is situated at the far western side of the Reserve on the banks of the Blyde and Olifants Rivers. An approximate six to ten kilometer drive from the entrance gate through well-wooded bushveld, ends in the residential section of the Reserve where properties are tucked away from main roads.

The existence of a number of low-population density nature reserves and conservancies as well as game farms bordering Wild Rivers Private Nature Reserve merits outstanding quality living in nature with the least amount of noise, air, traffic and light pollution. A remainder of approximately 2,600 hectares constitutes an equal share to the 32 home owners of the Reserve.

Strict architectural guidelines are maintained at Wild Rivers PNR. All structures must conform to specific standards of building in order to uphold a high level of aesthetic value and stringent measures are in place to minimize damage to the fragile riparian area. Exterior finishes such as plastered walls, earth tones and hidden lighting add to the serenity of the Reserve.
